Headphones doesn't show in the realtech playback devices

Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire E1-531 and I have a problem with my audio.
When I plug in my headphones it doesn't show in the realtech playback devices and also when I plug in the sound comes from both the speakers but not from the headphones.
Please can you help me solve this problem.

Have you tried uninstall and later reinstall Realtek audio driver ?
Get latest driver from your PC manufacturer site.
