Hello,

I have a Galaxy S GT-i9000 and I cannot access the phone as it is Password protected. I have attempted a hard reset of the phone, but when I select the option to wipe all data/factory reset, I am asked to confirm password. Is there a way around this as I am at a complete loss now. Thanks in advance

Greetings,

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.

Please refer to the following FAQ regarding your phone's unlocking:

I can infact prove this device is in my possesion legally, please explain how i can send you these details privately. Once I have done this is it possible for you to help me with this issue?

Even with the details you would send, that would not be enough as you would also need to prove that the documents are really yours.
