Hello,

Can anyone help with a spreadsheet to manage fatigue management.
I have a work project where I need 20 people and for both day and night shifts of 12 hours each shift over a period of 40 days.
Dayshift workers can only work 10 days in row and then have 1 day off
Nightshift can work 8 nights and have 2 nights off

I have a pool of 30 workers for day shift and 30 for night shift

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi ad1959,

So you want us to build a spreadsheet for you?! That is beyond the scope of this forum.

Try google: "Excel Roster Management examples", to find some inspiration.

Let us know when you get stuck, but you have to make the first steps yourself.
