Password/security questions forgotten

Hello,

I have forgotten my password and security questions. I can log in to yahoo mail but when asked for my password I forgot it. It was the same password for over 5 years and than I was told to change it. I thought I knew it. I need to find out so that I can pay my bills online. Help
