Windows7 32 bit Blue screen error.

Hello,

I am using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit since long.

yesterday I was installing ms-office 2016. while Setup was running suddenly I found blue screen error and my computer got restarted. Since then windows in normal mode and safe mode not starting. I have tried to done repair etc. but nothing working. Even restore or image etc not working.

error is STOP 0X000000F4 (0X00000003, 0X8BB84E94, 0X 8382D520)

pls help me how to get back my windows because I don't want to format my pc .

Hello

0X000000F4 indicates a hard disk failure, I suggest you take it to a repair shop.
