Hello Scott,
Have a look at this very recent thread:-

I think its near identical to your query.
You should only need to change the criteria from 0# to "COMPLETE" and possibly the column that is being filtered (Column B in the above thread). Make sure that "COMPLETE" IS wrapped in quotation marks.
There is a link to a test work book in that thread so have a play with it then come back here and let us know your thoughts.
