Problem with drivers

Hello,
Using HP DV series laptop inbelt VISTA...I lost the drivers of all inbelt software....how can i formate with VISTA again.....

Dear sir/madam

I have a PC (IBM thinkcentre window xp).

Local area connection speed : 10 Mbps
when I'll change the speed auto, the link is disconnected.

Message appear cable is unpluged.
