Virus in my pn drive

Hello,
i have got the same problem , whenever i connect my pen drive ,virus / worm called autorun.inf
is detected . Even i have tried all the solving the problem formatting ,deleting, scanning with antivirus and
deleting it permanently
BUT,
then also whenever i connect my pen drive ,virus / worm called autorun.inf is not deleted

CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE RIGHT SOLUTION

it may just be a false positive, whcih AV app are you using to scan it? and are they the latest build and definitions?
