Shift key types diff symbols after laptop is on for some time

Hello,
After my Toshiba laptop is on for some time maybe 20 mins the shift key +2 gives " quotation mark and the shift key + quotation mark gives @ symbol. all other symbols ar also diferent . The main thing is that it happens after some time of starting the laptop
