My printer cannot print brown. it always comes out red.

Hello,

my printer cannot print the proper color on my windows 7. it always come out red. how should i do?
the model of my printer is dcp-j125 can somebody tell me what is the problem of my printer? i clean it 3 times but the quality of the color is always the same. only the magenta is full but the other color is dot or blank.
