Are you wanting the storage cost, or the bandwidth cost? Your machine host will cost, and then a service level of what kind of bandwidth you want will cost you.
Have you taken into consideration the licensing costs of the songs you wish to "host"? What about the coding cost of the platform? Do you want it to be highly available all of the time? Are you planning on charging for services, as you will need a payment platform that adheres to the standards put in place?
