Hi there Pramod,
You could try to plug the pen drive to different PCs to see if it will give you the same error as it does on your PC. Also, if there are front and rear USBs on the PC, try to conect the USB flash to all of them. Have you made any software changes recently? My idea is to go to the Device manager and check if there's a need to do make a driver update of the USB host controller.
If everything with the computer is OK, then you can try extracting the data through a data recovery software. There are plenty of them over the Internet.
