I suggest you read this:
If you cant remember what your IRCTC username is,
try to search your mailbox with the following keywords : “ticketadmin”. You should find the registration mail sent by IRCTC when you first registered. This mail will contain your IRCTC nickname.
In case you deleted the mail, you can request your username by writing to oncare@irctc.co.in.
If you can't remember your password, just use the "forgot your password" link
