We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.

Hi Ghost,
Could you please clarify one thing: you would like to format the PC or to bypass the password? You will be able to use the laptop, if you reinstall the OS. In that case you will lose all data stored on the primary partition but the computer will be accessible again.
If you are using the PC with a Microsoft Account you may be able to recover the password. Please check this article from the Microsoft forum for some more suggestions and details:
