My loptop can' turn on Closed

i can't open my loptop. I did what you said but it doesn't work what will I do..

My loptop has a problem. When I turn it on, its opened I charged it and it charged I pressed the dvd rom and it opened but the screen is black out. I donnt know what happened. what will i do?? thanks..
