How to update drivers safelyClosed

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to ask about the perfect method to update my PC drivers safely because i tried driver update softwares but they gave me different results for each software and this make me confused . Also windows update dont shows update for some drivers and when i used it to update intel HD graphics 4600 it could not install it after downloading .

My PC   Toshiba labtop  intel ( R ) core ( TM ) i5-4200M @ 2.50GH
                                          Ram   4 GB
                                         intel HD graphics 4600
                                         Nvidia GeForce 710M
                                           Windows 7 64bit ultimate

You can download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.  It dates back to May 13, 2016

Dear Sir

Thank you for your replay . I already installed the last version of intel HD graphics using intel update utility and i mentioned it as an example for windows update problems . I would like to exactly inquire about : 

- which software updater is more accurate ( i.e like driver booster ) .
- Can i update any driver from its original site or i have to take in consideration other issues like labtop manufacturer .
