How to change xiaomi mi5 chinese version to english version

Hello,
I have purchased a xiaomi mi5 from some of my friend. That mobile is not a global released version I suppose. As in this mobile all applications are in Chinese version. Even there was no Google play store and all other applications, It give me really very though time to download play store in my mobile. Now I want that please help me how I change this xiaomi mi5 Chinese version to English one.
