Hi, here are the steps:
1. Open "Messages" app on your iPhone.
2. Tap "Edit" at the top left corner.
3. Select messages one by one until all the messages are ticked.
4. Click "Delete" button at the bottom right corner.
There is no "Select All"or "Delete All" button on iPhone. Besides, it is not safe enough for your messages as it is still possible to recover.
However, if you have a great deal of messages, I do suggest you consider a software to make it. It is much easy and deleting all messages just requires 1 click.
