Kindle with pop ups

My kindle has pop ups and i can't delete them. i've done everything to delete them but they still pop up. i went on amazon pop ups and did every thing it said. but they still pop up. also saw on page that i had 2 virus on my kindle, it's driving me crazy i can't hardly use my kindle.I purchase my kindle thru amazon.Please help me.
