Laptop hacked by virus

I am locked out of my Lenovo laptop. I keep entering the password I originally set up and the PIN I set up and it keeps saying incorrect. Tells me to go to Windows live password reset. so I did this on another computer, set up a new password, but my Lenovo still will not let me in.

The laptop was acting strange with many spam message saying I had a virus and needed to call some number before this happened which I ignored.

Hello

In my opinion you have been the victim of ransomware. At the number you had to call was to ask you for money.

The only way to get out of this is to reinstall your operating system. You should contact Levolo support.
