Apply the update that is waiting to be applied. that is my best guess, because you have given us NO DETAILS CONCERNING YOUR PROBLEMS! So I am guessing, you keep putting updates off, and now the client (your PS?) doesn't have the latest software needed! APPLY THE UPDATES! Think of applying updates as CLEANING OUT YOUR DOGS KENNEL! You have to do it!
