Help my pc won't turn on

Hello,



today I just to out my gtx 750 ti and after I did I put it right where it was but when I turned my pc on it didn't connect to my tv but the 3 fans turned on which two of them are led fans and when I tried turn off my pc the only way it will turn off is if I unplug it

did you try the computer without the "new" video card?
