Lexmark X5470 does not communicate any longer

Hello,
Since some times already my PC and my printer Lexmark X5470 do not communicate any longer. Apart from moving my printer from a home to another one, I did nothing special. I thought about reinstalling my printer but of course I have lost the relevant CD. Could someone help me ? I would be very grateful.

Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately it does not lead to anything. I have the following error message: Device not found. Thanks anyhow !
