Unable to retrieve my Google password on phone without service.

I need to reset my Gmail password on my phone, can't get into phone, and need new password sent to another email address, so can login on phone without service. Is an LG Verizon android.

You want to reset your password on the phone to which you have no access, and which to have access with the phone which has no service.

I am confused !
