Hi Philips,
So, your laptop can’t be switched on, but the light on the charger is indicating normal function, right? I would strongly recommend you to test the PC with another charger. Is the laptop’s battery inserted? If trying with another cable does not work, please disconnect all cables and battery and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to boot again. Can you hear the laptop’s cooling fan? If not, most probably there is no power in the PC and you should seek some more suggestions from a technician.
