When connect Modem then PC Restart

Hello,
My Desktop PC always run smoothly, but when connect Modem then PC Restart about 10 minutes. I was not try to connect Cable network. Besides Processor and Powersupply is very good.

Please try to understand my problem and as soon as solve it.

Hi Jahangir Alam,

So right now, when you connect the modem, the PC hangs and is not working as usual, right? What type of connection are you using in order to connect the modem? Have you tried connecting the modem to another PC? Is it working normally? Do you have a driver installation CD that comes with the modem? Make sure the drivers are correctly installed and updated.
Have you noticed if the same issue appears when you have connected another external device, like a pendrive, external drive, printer, etc.?
