Hello Rakesh sharma,
It is impossible to determine where the problem is since the information that you have given is very little.
Did you pull the charger and the battery out from the laptop? Did you press the power button and wait for about a minute? If you didn't, please do so and after that try to boot the laptop with only the charger plugged in. So, now when you plug the charger into the jack, you can't see the light blinking and everything remains calm and nothing can be heard from the fan or the hard drive, is that correct?
I would like to know has anything happened prior to the blank screen.
Please, come back to the topic to provide more details regarding the situation and give information regarding the configuration that you have. If you have performed some troubleshooting steps already, please mention them too.
