My facebook account disabled for the 3rd time

Hello,
Hi this is the 3rd time my account gets disabled and still dont know why i know this time it might be becouse i was trying to delete some old post but not sure im trying to send an appeal form and it keeps saying i cant send because the email account entered is not disabled..then if its nit disabled why i cant go in my account please help me solve this asoon as possible really need my facebook account back
