Disabled fb account

Hello,
My fb account was disabled but it gives me a link to appeal it but I can't click on the like to identify friends photos it's says hourly limit exceeded.

Ok I put in an appeal. The first email stated they won't be able to restore it. But I sent in my picture and another appeal. And started my account was hacked, should I give it time. Thanks for the info.

Still have the link to appeal but I can't get past it sayin 'confirm your identity and (hourly limit exceeded)
