Retrieve my gmail account forgot password

How can i retrieve my gmail account if i changed my phone number...i no longer have my old number which is <removed by moderator>...my new phone number is <removed by moderator>...I'm Irene Fierro...i made another email to use my new phone...and still can not retrieve my old email nor my Facebook...PLEASE HELP!!!!
