I cannot access my google or gmail on my computer or tablet.
The system says my account password has been changed.
I need help....I have gone through all the processes for a new password, however, all the information that is asked for me and nothing is resolv
Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
