Gmail disabled

I use Gmail to host my email (login me@mydomain.com) using Gmail server. A couple of days ago my Gmail was hacked, someone was sending out emails using my email. I followed Gmails security protocols, reset my password, cleared out the filter that the hacker put up, and was up and running for about 12 hours. Then I couldn't send email (Gmail restricted this because "I" had already sent out many emails. Then that was cleared and I was using my Gmail again for 12 hours or so, then when I tried to login, I get the message, "This Google Account has been Disabled"...I click on the learn more link, fill out the forms, etc. but can't seem to make any progress. All my work / contacts are in there, what can I do? Help PLEASE!? Thank you!
