HP compac problem

Hello, I have HP compac desk top ,yesterday I tried to connect dvd rome after that my pc beeps 10 times & on the monitor it displays chasis fun is not workig but it working when see it physically . I tried to solve according to the beep sound solving guide what do you suggest ?

hi,
this means CMOS shutdown Read/Write error.
A component of the motherboard is producing an error interacting with the CMOS memory.
troubleshoot the motherboard for errors.
