Sorry to see you facing such kind of problem. Probably, the best way to gain professional help on this case is contacting directly the Customer care support of the laptop's manufacturer. On it's website you must be able to find contacts of the Support in your region. Also, you could ask for further assitance your vendor who sold you the laptop.
