I have a Compaq HP 6400 PC. I put a new hard drive which it ask me to log in a windows xp password true fingerprint system and a biologin password I can't go trouw is there anything I could do to go trough.tried everything and it doesn't work battery. Turn it off an on took the green thing and put it back turn off and on the computer how can I make it work tried safe mode.tried everything and nothing..please help me...

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
