Sys font change when pressing alt+shift+tab

Hello,
i installed a software called sinhala/tamil kit. and after that when i am using the alt shift tab keys to shift between screen. my font type is change to tamil or sinhala. then i unstalled that software. but i am still having that problem. pls help...my os is windows xp sp 2

try to do a system restore.
>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore

Thank you for your mail.. I tried to restore my computer. but due to some unknown reason my system cannot be restored. pls. advise.
