Google not letting me into phone

I have a Samsung j5 I have had it flashed due to a app blocker. Now even after it being taken back to factory settings it will not let me back into the phone. I have checked all my google account is correct but no matter what I try it will not let me into the phone to do anything at all. It keeps reverting to signin using google account I cannot find a contact anywhere for google to get rid of this or at least let me in m y phone. Please please can anyone help me

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
