I HAVE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS '***@***' I cannot remember my Password.
Google keeps sending a recovery code to an e-mail address I have not used in years '***@***' How can I get Google to send this recovery code to my other e-mail address '***@***' ?

That is impossible, you should have kept your account info up-to-date.
