I want to reset my account Closed

Hello, 
My phone number have changed and I have forgot my password,  I don't know  how to go into my yahoo email account  so I can reset my personal data there, can you please do help me ?

No, if your mobile number isn't correct, there is no way to verify. YAHOO has put a two step authentication into place, and when you go to log in, they send a text to your mobile asking you if you are trying to log into your yahoo account. If the system never gets a response back, NO LOGGY!
