I am not able to open my account

Hello, i am karan biswas my gmail is removed by moderator actually i have changed my password and two steps verification was on after changing password i reset my phone so all the goggles account i lost and i also lost the assces of ***@*** in gmail box I have my recovery phone number but not gmail aceesa I am trying to recover but I am unable to solve it plzz help I need account for my clash of clans game as well as I have many photos save in gmail plzz help
