Hello,
Few months ago, my email was hacked and is being used for fraudulent acts,the hackers has been using my email, on the pretext that I was the one to ask for money from all my contacts. I could not enter my email anymore as they have changed my password and I've looking for a way to gain access into my email without any success.All my personal information might have been changed as I did not have any alternate email, Please what can I do?

hi,
you cannot do great things to prevent them, unfortunately.
contact your friends and tell them about the incident.
inform them so that they won't do the mistake of giving money to the hackers thiking that it's you who are asking.

Why does our account keep randomly following additional users every few weeks?

Hi,

I help run an instagram account for our company (DeepGameBasketball). We typically are only following 1 person (Kobe Bryant). However, every few weeks there seems to be someone else who is added to our "following" list. Our (few) team members have confirmed they haven't been doing this manually. Could there be some sort of reason/glitch to explain why this is occurring?

Our account is not connected to any third party apps.
