Hi Srikanth,

Are the two hard drives internals? Since the OS cannot be loaded, where do you get the drive not accessible message? Have you tested those drives on another PC? I strongly recommend you to do so. Connect them as secondary storage drives and check if they are recognized in Disk Management with correct file format and capacity. If they have drive letters assigned but are still not accessible, run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following command:
Chkdsk L: /r

Replace the L with the drive’s drive letter.
If the drives are still not accessible and you have important data stored on them, use a data recovery tool and try to save your data. I leave you a link with some suggestions:
https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/file-management/

If you manage to save your data, format the drives and scan them for errors with the drive manufacturer’s diagnostic tool.

Hope this helps
