What did they tell you at the tech store? What was the problem? It is possible that they have made some software or hardware changes and since the issue persists, the best thing to do is to go back and explain the situation. If a laptop does not turn on, most probably there is a power related issue. It is hard to tell if it is related to hardware or connectivity problem, but you should seek assistance from professionals.
