Hello,
how do make my almost 2 year old hp pavillion notebook dv6000 , a brand new pc just like a factory product?
norton internet security hijacked my pc and i cannot uninstall it , i even downloaded the removal tool but no use.
although everything going well but i cannot start programs like adnced system care pro, game booster and many more. it shows mssg "the service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled divices associated with it." my laptop con...

i will advise you to use ccleaner to uninstall the norton anti-virus : http://ccm.net/telecharger/telecharger 33 ccleaner
