Account unlock Closed

Question

I have an account unlock on one of my devices it would have been one of my first devices as it was the Android 5.1.1 5.1 LG l40 for believe what I got it it's wanting my user or password name it says user or email and password but it says invalid username or password and I know that it's my first when I signed up with Google the first name I have like several that I use but I believe on this particular phone that I use the Epic Crouch at gmail.com but everytime I use it and the password is still doesn't unlock the screen so it's just all of this is a white screen and I got the emergency phone and even that won't work and I don't have minutes on this particular device in it those are done so any clue what I can do again it's the Android 5.1 I believe it was my first device so far I've had one two three 4 devices on this on this particular account thank you

Sorry about not putting in periods. I have my first Android 5.1 what's the account unlock screen up I have an additional for other devices that I've had on this account. However when it asks for my user ID and my password and I put it in it doesn't unlock the account owner unlock the screen. What can I do thank you.

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
