Sorry about not putting in periods. I have my first Android 5.1 what's the account unlock screen up I have an additional for other devices that I've had on this account. However when it asks for my user ID and my password and I put it in it doesn't unlock the account owner unlock the screen. What can I do thank you.

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
