to enable your account
Pls ensure you follow the questiion been directed to you
ensure you remember your Phone contact number you used when creating the mail
ensure you know the right alternating mail you used when opening the account
if you have all this ...then
goto your mail domain site
enter your correct email address
enter the password you assumed to be the real password
select enter
if not granted.... then click on forgot password
when open, enter your mail and then select either using an alternating email adresss or use of phone number
either the ways, write them and click enter
