All my icons of windows 7 changed into notepad

Hello,
All my icons of computer is changed to notepad and I try start menu click one search option and I type Regedit but regedit opens in notepad. This problem come in my computer when I selected a file this file shows me u want to search Web or use any other program I selected this is click one notepad and i click in ok. All icons changed in notepad

You can try setting the file associations back to the default. This link to Microsoft should tell you how:

You also need to search your computer for virus,
