Hi Tats,
Could you give us some more details about the issue? When you say you have downloaded it, do you mean you have downloaded and installed the drivers? Are you using the PC as an Administrator?
Please test the pendrive on another PC. Does the issue persist? I would recommend you to open Device Manager and to uninstall the flash drive. Restart the PC and reconnect the device. Check if the drive is accessible.
