Hi Udhai,
Are you using an adapter in order to connect the card to the PC? Please open Disk Management and check if the card is recognized. Does it have a file format and a letter? If the drive is recognized but not accessible, download a data recovery tool and try to save the most important files. I leave you some software suggestions in the link below:

I strongly recommend you to keep at least two copies of the most important files on different locations.
