Bring back my fb disabled account

i'm cristy,owner of this account ***@*** i'm asking why its too hard to bring back my account.i please you to bring back my account that you disabled.i know i post a video of a human that harassing and killing minor but i promise not to do that again just bring back my account.i give a copy of my passport.what i have is xerox copy of my passport.because my employer hold my passport.why you not just bring back my fb account pls.
